If I forget to take a dose…

If you forget to use it for a day/evening/night then just continue normally with the next application when due. Do not use a double dose to make up for a missed one. However, if there was some skin irritation with the previous application (i.e., redness) then it would be advisable to leave out that particular application and just apply the cream with the next one due as normal before applying makeup, etc..
